Saguntina Domus Baebia

The DOMUS BAEBIA is an educational project devoted to Classical Culture, which offers students of all ages (from elementary school to university) the opportunity to experience first-hand activities typical of ancient Greece and Rome through the wide variety of the Domus workshops.

This project was created in 2008 by the Association LUDERE ET DISCERE, with the support of the Valencian Regional Council of Education (Conselleria d'Educació ) and the Town Hall of Sagunto ( l'Ajuntament de Sagunt ) as a PROGRAM OF INNOVATION AND EXPERIMENTATION which consists of the “Aula Didáctica de Cultura Clásica de Sagunto”.

Since then, the Domus has served to approach the ancient Greco-Roman world to thousands of students, both Spanish and foreigner, in our facilities in Sagunto. We actively collaborate in activities and events related to Greece and Rome, such as the LUDI SAGUNTINI or the congresses of Classical Culture by CEFIRE, held in Sagunto.
